Hard Rock Park Founders Retain Some Rights, Judge Says

A federal bankruptcy judge on Monday refused to finalize the sale of Myrtle Beach’s Hard Rock Park to new ownerssaying its founders retain rights to some of the creative touches originally built into the theme park.
